As I'm patiently awaiting my Cheers & Sips Bundle to arrive, I wanted to make a card using the colorful Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper which is part of the Celebratory Sips Suite. All the bright colors made for such a cute card.
I found this fun fold called a "buckle fold" and had to try it on this card. I started by cutting a regular A2 sized card in Cloud Cover Cardstock then cut 2" off from the front of the card which, folded in half, creates the buckle on the side. See my Instagram Reel tutorial for how easy this card came together. I am also currently LOVING the Party Banners Dies. I used the fourth smallest size for the front. All measurements for this card are listed below.
Card Base: 8.5" X 5.5" Cut 2" from the front to use as buckle.
DSP: 3 pieces cut at 2" X 5.25"
Inside Basic White Panel: 4" X 5.25"
Party Banner Dies: 4th smallest die X 2
Here's one more alternate using Bubble Bath Cardstock for the base.
